As we grew up, we learned the meaning of the word well-off and adopted it. Tabishi, a curious and globetrotting penguin, wants to distance himself from these labels. Tabishi knows that wealth, as well as poverty, are concepts that exist to the detriment of those who would rather live according to the values of sharing and solidarity. The surfing penguin knows he is rich in energy and stories to tell but at the same time poor. Tabishi owns nothing; his home is the world, and his drive comes from the ideas that move his feet. Tabishi is not well-off, but he is aware that he is well because he has someone with whom to share his emotions, and that is the only thing that matters.
